USB transfer bug?

Hi,

I am trying to import files from my PC to the Iphone via USB. I am using Vista home and d/l the collect3 usb uploader v1.0.0.0 and it shows connected to my iphone in bottom left of uploader window. When I drag files to the window it shows files copied. The problem is my iphone app pic safe does not see the files to import via usb. Any ideas?

I purchased the video safe and it has the same problem. Thanks.

How are your file extensions? They should all be lower case. Also, our client is in beta. You might want to try using iPhone-Explorer to see if that works. If it does, post back. That will help us troubleshoot our client.
